This is my seventh year working as an Assistant Principal in the Mount Vernon City School District. Prior to that, I worked as a Curriculum Associate for Secondary Science and Technology in the Deer Park Union Free School District. However, my career in education began in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn as a seventh and eighth grade science/living environment and math teacher. I proudly taught at M.S. 57: The Ron Brown Academy for eight and a half years.

At the Ron Brown Academy, I was cultured and able to spread my wings into a number of roles:

• Peer Instructional Coach for the Teacher's Incentive Fund

• Science Department Chairperson

• Seventh Grade Team Leader

• Musical Director/ Make-up Artist/ Set Designer/   Builder

• Art Committee Chair

• School Leadership Team Member     

In addition, I'm a certified independent health coach for Optavia, a real estate agent working for Coldwell Banker, a freelance make-up artist for Seint, business owner and entrepreneur.

With the help and support of my loving husband, Nick, we have grown a strong health coaching business that has helped people grow to their fullest potential and coach people of all ages to transform their lives. I am an avid athlete and work out at least, three days a week.  I also enjoy spending time with family, friends and our five dogs, and two cats.
